If your PIN screen shows "Forgot code?", tap it and sign in with the Apple ID you linked when you set the PIN. In parental control mode, that is the parent's Apple ID. This option is in newer versions of the app.

If you don't see "Forgot code?", you can still remove the blocks. Open iOS Settings, go to Screen Time, and turn off Screen Time access for App Blocker. That removes all of its blocks. You can also delete the app, but if you turned on protection against deleting apps, turn off Screen Time access first. Then set up your blocks and a new PIN again.

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose App Blocker. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If Restore does not bring it back, email us with the date you subscribed.

Change or remove blocks inside the app:

• Blocking tab: tap Edit on the block's card, make your changes, and tap Save. Or tap the more menu on the card to Edit, Duplicate, Enable or Disable, or Delete it.
• One-touch lock: tap Stop Now.
• Focus mode tab: tap Deactivate. If you set Focus mode to end with a passcode, it asks for that passcode. If you set it to end on the charger, plug in your phone first.
• Parental Control tab: the same Edit and more menu options as the Blocking tab.

These buttons don't ask for a PIN, but if you set a passcode, the app asks for it when it opens.

To remove every block at once, open iOS Settings, go to Screen Time, and turn off Screen Time access for App Blocker.

Turn on Live Activities in Settings, Face ID & Passcode and in Settings, Palabra. Live Activities on the Home Screen need iOS 18 or later.

Palabra syncs through your own iCloud. Check that you are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on each device. The app's Settings screen shows your iCloud status. Without iCloud, the app still works on that one device and syncs once iCloud is available.

Vitamin Tracker syncs through your own iCloud. After deleting and reinstalling, your history, supplement names, and slots come back if you use the same Apple ID with iCloud turned on. If iCloud is unavailable, the app saves on the device and tries again later.

On first launch, the app adds example history so you can see how it works. Edit any day in History by tapping Edit, which switches a day between taken and missed.

The app does not have a delete-all button. Delete the app to remove data on the device, then remove Vitamin Tracker's data from your iCloud storage in iOS Settings. See the Vitamin Tracker privacy policy for details.
