Summary

Vitamin Tracker has no accounts, no purchases, no ads, no tracking, and no third-party services. What you enter is saved on your device and synced to your own iCloud account. We cannot see it.

What the app stores

  • How many doses you take per day (1 to 18).
  • The names you type for each supplement, up to 32 characters.
  • Which days you marked taken or missed, and when each entry changed.
  • Your dark mode setting, which stays on the device and does not sync.

Supplement names and intake are health-related information. Apple classifies this as Health & Fitness data. The app does not use Apple Health (HealthKit) and does not read or write your Health data.

Example history

On first launch, if nothing is in your iCloud yet, the app fills in example days so you can see how the history works. It is sample data, not yours. You can edit it in History.

Where it goes

Your data is stored on your iPhone and in the private iCloud database on your own Apple account (Apple CloudKit). Salix Labs cannot read it. Apple handles iCloud under Apple's privacy policy. If iCloud is unavailable, the app saves on the device and syncs later.

We never use your entries for advertising or marketing, and we never receive them.

Permissions

None.

Third parties and tracking

None. No analytics, advertising, or attribution tools, and no tracking prompt.

Children

Vitamin Tracker is for general audiences and is not in the Kids category. It has nothing designed for children.

How long data is kept and how to delete it

Your data stays until you remove it. The app can reset supplement names in Settings, but it has no button to delete all data.

  • Delete the app to remove data on the device.
  • To remove the synced copy, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage (called Manage Account Storage on some iOS versions) > Vitamin Tracker > Delete Data from iCloud. Deleting the app from your device doesn't remove its iCloud data.

If you reinstall with the same Apple ID before removing iCloud data, your history comes back. Questions go to info@salixlabs.com.
